Me: Kinda wild right?
You: What?
Me: How this fashion blogger, turned model/actress, turned  Mindset/Brand Coach turned Content Strategist from the little island of Jamaica broke the poverty cycle.
You: How’d you do it?
Me: My past has made me who I am today for that I am proud, but I also don’t let it determine my future. I realized I had to learn how to get out of a poverty mindset first.
You: Any tips for me?
Me: Learning is earning. I rewrote my past and killed the old version of me who couldn’t help but self sabotage. Don’t be afraid to pick up the pen and write a new chapter in your life. Your thoughts become things, true but your priorities trace back to your actions. Work on re-writing your story every day, in the morning is best.
You: Why?
Me: Well, whenever you first wake up really, for most of us that’s mornings, but it doesn’t have to be. Mornings are optimal because you are in a waking state of consciousness.

This is when your Beta brain waves are most active. This is when you’re in a heightened state of logic and reasoning. What you absorb during this state can determine your level of functioning throughout the day.

Gain clarity for yourself, work on becoming a better you. Whatever that looks like to help you focus. Doesn’t need to be long. I use this time to pray, meditate walk and work. I focus inward first before I let outside circumstances  affect my energy.
You: Should I keep reading more about you?
Me: Mhhm!
You: Can I book a call?
Me: Nope! But you can find me on socials @jodikayedwards

FIND YOUR FLOW FIND YOUR FLOW FIND YOUR FLOW FIND YOUR FLOW

I’m all about helping founders create a solid foundation for their life. I do this by helping them find focus and flow. This way life feels a lot more aligned. Building structure around ideas and creating strategy blueprints for creative brains and busy CEOS is my thing. The only real secret to success that I’ve found is alignment. From this revelation, I’ve coined the term Alignment Is The New Hustle.

The process may not ever be 100% perfect but it can feel pretty dang close.

I’m usually hired to bring strategy and organization to content or marketing teams but my background in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)  is a plus.

After a decade of studying the greats I noticed all “successful” people had one thing in common. They found their flow.

I’ve attended events where I would watch Tony Robbins tap into it right on stage with hundreds if not thousands of people watching. I saw artists like Ice Cube and 50 cent tap into it after they shook my hand and got back to their work. I watched online as Oprah and Les Brown referred back to it time and time again on YouTube, masked in deep discussions of the mindset shifts,  personal development and habits of successful people. I would eagerly listen as Vishen Lakhiani and Deepak would teach it in their masterclasses.

Confidence breeds clarity.
